Dr. Labib Ghulmiyyah is an Associate Professor and a double board-certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist & Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist dedicated to the advancement of women’s healthcare. After earning his medical degree in Lebanon and training in the United States, he joined the faculty at the American University of Beirut.

As the residency program director for over 10 years, Dr. Ghulmiyyah was instrumental in helping AUBMC achieve ACGME-I accreditation. He also served as the Head of the MFM division applying his clinical expertise.

Following relocation to the United States, Dr. Ghulmiyyah became the Director of Labor & Delivery at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital where he also established the Placenta Accreta Spectrum & VBAC Centers of Excellence contributing his experience in complicated Obstetrics.

Currently, Dr. Ghulmiyyah serves as the Medical Director at Pediatrix Medical Group, where his extensive experience guides high-risk pregnancies and deliveries.

Recognizing the importance of comprehensive and personalized care, he is also a certified Functional/Integrative medicine practitioner, educator, and Keynote speaker. He is a member of the Institute of Functional Medicine and the Healthy Longevity Medicine Society. An accomplished researcher, he has published over 50 peer-reviewed articles in leading journals .Dr. Ghulmiyyah has authored three books, “GEN TOX: Live Clean” and “Reframing the 4th Trimester,” “ A Toxin-Free Pregnancy” empowering patients with knowledge to minimize toxic exposures and optimize postpartum recovery. His goal is to apply evidence-based practices to develop precise and personalized preventive strategies for families, enhancing their health outcomes.
